1.Name/Title: Hailong Wang / President 

Introduction: Founder of Yulong Optical & Electronics Technology Co., who has the background of China’s earliest Military Optical Instrument Co. where established in the south of Lake Dian in Kunming. President Wang engaged in coating industry for almost 20 year, he is a very professional optical coating designer and manufacturer himself. We have been able to significantly strengthen our marketing competitiveness in recent years. Total quality management control, "the spirit of sincere professional services", is the consistent aim of our company.

2.Name/Title: Guanghua Yang / R&D Manager 

Introduction: He is responsible for the development of new products, improvement production process of coating technical skills, as well as optical design and manufacture of new membrane. In charge of preparing an accurate, detailed process sheet according to the customer’s requirement. The pattern must clearly and accurately. He is able to measure the coating thickness and processing time. Asking for advice and comment in actual work after each group of product, and improve where we fail to live up to our ideals. For those customer-supplied products, we will identify well for file management. Mr. Yang is really a dedicated professional person in coating.He is major in optical technology, he has devoted himself to optical coating research and development since 2002.

3.Name/Title: Linying Fang / Q.C Supervisor 

Introduction: With the aim of achieving required standard or controlling the quality management, Miss F is in charge of monitoring production process in order to eliminate disqualification or other imperfection factor for finished goods. Quality control in our company includes incoming inspection of raw material, process inspection, finished products inspection and outgoing inspection before shipping. She is the person who is a very serious and strict with the products quality and working experience of above 14 years.

4.Name/Title: Linqiong Fang / Productive Supervisor 

Introduction: Implement production task given by group leader and ensure the product to meet the quality specification and delivery requirement. Understand and implement the company quality act and company developing direction in accordance with the requirement of management system control ISO9000. In order to ensure the environment of raw material storage and finished items, she is responsible for supervising performance of warehouse operator. She has worked here for 13 years. She works orderly and efficiently, and welcomed by all members.
